Yun Bai received her bachelor and master degrees in applied mathematics in University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) (2002-2009). She then started her PhD study in the chair of ANMC MATHICSE 
Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in 2009. Yun received her PhD degree in September of
2013 on the subject of ”Reduced order modeling techniques for numerical homogenization methods applied
to linear and nonlinear multiscale problems”.  Since 2014, Yun started her Post-doc reseach on the subject
of ”High resolution of ultrasound imaging”  in the Audiovisual Communications Laboratory (LCAV) at EPFL.
