I received my M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Communication Systems in Ecole Polytechnique Federal de Lausanne (EPFL) in 2009 and 2013 under the supervision of Prof. Martin Vetterli. After serving for 6-months as a post-doc in LCAV, in 2014 I joined MaCX ReD AG in Zug-Switzerland as the head of research. I am also a lecturer in the IC school of EPFL.

My research activities are mainly focused on mathematical signal processing, portfolio optimization and sensor localization. I received the ICASSP 2011 best student paper award for my work on Calibration in Circular Ultrasoud Tomography Devices, and the 2015 IBM Research Award for my PhD thesis: “Euclidean Distance Matrics: Properties, Algorithms and Applications”.
